Day Creatives Inc. d/b/a ZappyCards sends automated text messages in two programs. Message frequency varies.
- Account notifications to business owners. Verification codes, trial setup reminders, and billing reminders sent to the business owner who creates a ZappyCards account and agrees to receive them.
- Review-request texts to a business's customers. Messages asking for a Google review, sent to a business's own customers by ZappyCards on the business's behalf. The business is responsible for having its customers' consent to receive them.
Consent & Opt-In
By checking the SMS box when you create a ZappyCards account (or clicking "I Agree"), you consent to receive account notifications from ZappyCards at that number. Customers of a business receive review-request texts only where that business has the customer's consent. Consent is not required to buy anything.
